At KICKERS Coffee, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.


SHIPPING AREAS

KICKERS Coffee currently ships throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt.

For inquiries regarding delivery to remote areas, please contact us at hello@kickerscoffee.com before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, product launches, holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be longer than usual.


DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2–4 business days

  • Upper Egypt & Canal Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Promotional offers, if applicable

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping updates via SMS, phone call, email, or through the delivery provider, depending on the shipping method selected.


DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Delivery address

KICKERS Coffee is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


THIRD-PARTY COURIERS

KICKERS Coffee partners with independent third-party shipping and delivery providers.

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure a smooth experience, delivery schedules are ultimately managed by the courier company.

KICKERS Coffee is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control


FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the order to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.


REFUSED ORDERS

If an order is refused after shipment:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Coffee products may not be eligible for refund or resale due to food safety regulations.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and products.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Email hello@kickerscoffee.com with your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@kickerscoffee.com.

We will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

KICKERS Coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments to locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, unsafe, or prohibited by law.
