At KICKERS Coffee, we strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order through our website.
1. GENERAL POLICY
By placing an order on www.kickerscoffee.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
As KICKERS Coffee sells both consumable products (coffee) and merchandise (apparel and accessories), different return conditions apply to each product category.
2. COFFEE PRODUCTS
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product arrived damaged.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product was expired upon delivery.

The product packaging was damaged or opened during transit.
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Clear photographs of the product.

Clear photographs of the shipping package (if applicable).
Once the issue has been verified, KICKERS Coffee may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product.

Issue store credit.
-
Provide a full refund.
3. MERCHANDISE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise items, including apparel and accessories, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused.

The item is unworn and unwashed.

All original tags are attached.
-
The item is returned in its original packaging.
-
The item remains in resalable condition.
Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not be eligible for return or exchange.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Opened coffee products.

Consumable products after delivery.

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Customized or personalized merchandise.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

Photos showing the issue.

A brief description of the problem.
After review and approval, KICKERS Coffee will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost to the customer.
6. SHIPPING FEES
KICKERS Coffee partners with independent third-party shipping providers for order fulfillment and delivery.
If the issue is caused by KICKERS Coffee:

Wrong item shipped.

Defective product.

Damaged product upon arrival.
KICKERS Coffee will cover any applicable return and replacement shipping costs.
If the return is requested due to customer preference:

Change of mind.

Incorrect size selected.

Incorrect item ordered by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error by KICKERS Coffee.
7. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is refused by the customer after dispatch or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer:

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Coffee products may become non-refundable due to food safety regulations.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Estimated refund timelines:

Credit or Debit Card Payments: 7–14 business days.

Mobile Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days.

Bank Transfers: 3–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been prepared or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping provider, cancellation may no longer be possible and shipping charges may apply.
